This is a special treat which is a nice alternative to the more common fruit tarts. Frozen puff pastry sheets are easy to find in your local grocery and having them on hand is a little trick to be able to quickly have a warm sweet pastry in under 30 minutes. Don’t limit this pastry to dessert, it’s a perfect afternoon pick me up or for breakfast with a cup of coffee.
